FeiyuTech support team is always with pleasure at your service and help you get the following after-sales service.

NO reason to return within 7 days of receiving a product .

Replacement Service for the product with manufacturing defect(s) within 15 days of receiving a product.

Warranty Repair Service for faulty products under normal usage within 1 year.

Charge for repairing the products caused by man-made damages.

You can request Return & Refund Service, Replacement service (Please contact authorized dealer or the seller you bought from):

(1) Within 7 days of receiving a product if all the accessories and the product are in the package, have no manufacturing defect, and are still in new or like-new condition, you can get refund after returning back the product without any reasons.

(2) Within 7 days of receiving a product if the product has a manufacturing defect and checked by technical support of FeiyuTech, you can get refund after returning back the product. If the time is within 15 days, you can get a replacement.

Note: The policy of NO reason to return within 7 days is only suitable in Chinese official online store(include Tmail /JD official store), If you buy it in local store,online store or the dealer, please check it with the seller.

If the return is not caused by manufacturing defect, the shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

Return & Refund Service,Replacement service will not be provided where:

(1) The product is not bought from normal channels(Official store, authorized dealer etc.)

(2) Return & Refund Service is requested beyond 7 days of receiving a product.

Replacement service is requested beyond 15 days of receiving a product.

(3) A product for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.

(4) The package of the product without QR code or wrong serial code number.

(5) The product is out of warranty.

(6) Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized usage or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation. Or The logo, Anti-fake mark, Machine ID is teared up or marked over.

(7) A legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.

(8) Any Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds or lightning strikes.

Warranty Repair Service(Please contact technical support from FeiyuTech or authorized dealer)

Within 1 year of receiving the product if the product is faulty under normal usage , you can request Warranty Repair Service.

Note: You are responsible for shipping costs when sending product(s) for repair .

(1) Within 1 year of receiving the product, you can enjoy warranty service by warranty cards and invoice(purchase screenshot) if a failure occurs under normal usage .

If it is out of warranty , you can repair the product by charging for replaced parts.

(2) Any damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, or shell opening not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals , using it in abnormal environment(high temperatures,salt water etc.) will not provided warranty service.

If needed, we will charge for the replaced parts.

(3) The proof of purchase for warranty: Order Number, Formal invoice or receipt (purchase screenshot)

(4) If the product is out of warranty or damaged caused by force majeure (fire, wind, flood, earthquake, explosion etc.) , we will repair it with charging for replaced parts.

(5) If the repair cost is not accepted by the customer, the repair item will be returned back and the shipping costs should be covered by the customer.

If the performance of the product is working fine after tested by our engineer, the shipping costs should be covered by the customer.
